When I receive my plaque blaster and tried to charge it, the charger did not mate up with the unit.
I called customer service with the problem. And the problem was rectified immediately. I received a replacement unit which works great.
The customer service is outstanding.

I was skeptical at first, as it seemed too good to be true. I had a tooth extracted and was on a fruit smoothie diet for a couple of weeks. I noticed the tartar build up had darkened significantly and needed a way to remove it. Swissklip was everything it said it would be and then some! Painless, efficient, effective and easy to use! I was hopefully optimistic when I ordered this product. I keep checking in the mirror to make sure my eyes are not deceiving me! This plaque blaster really works! My only issue is that I have a bit of a problem holding on to it. When and if my “blaster” ever decides it has had enough, I would not hesitate to get a new one. Try it.

I love the Plaque Buster! I'm sure it will make my hygienist's job a lot easier at my next cleaning appointment.
