My older brother Brian (I like to call him that, much to his horror as he is only 2 years older than me) is 84. He’s a war veteran, who I’ll admit is suffering with a bit of PTSD from his earlier years. He hates accepting help of any kind, which both annoys and impresses me simultaneously.
I’ll notice that his hands shake slightly, when putting sugar in his coffee, or when he tries to tie his shoes. And when I offer to help, he’ll usually just grumble at me until I forget about it. Until one day when we were playing cards.
This one I wasn’t going to let go. Shocked, I asked him what he had been using to cut his nails.
After much coaxing on my end, and grumbling on Brian’s, he finally admitted that he was having some issues cutting his nails. He went on to explain that he’s been having more and more trouble squeezing things like his nail clipper.
Apparently he’s developed a bit of arthritis, though he just calls it “stiff joints”.
And he gets joint pain in his hands that’s easily triggered, so he’s simply been avoiding the task. My heart sank.
I could see the pain in his eyes as he shared this with me. It must’ve been hard for him to get over his pride and actually tell me about his issues.
Now, I’ve also noticed that my nails have been getting thicker and harder with age. It’s a natural process I’ve learned, so I can understand why he’s been neglecting this part of his hygiene
He’s a tough guy (a war vet after all), but he clearly doesn’t have the same hand strength he did before. So I spent the afternoon searching for solutions… I finally wound up calling a doctor friend of mine who’s now retired.
“Two words,” he said. “Swiss. Klip.” He described them as “regular nail clippers on steroids”.
He sent me a picture of his pair, as well as his trimmed, beautiful nails, and I immediately googled more about the Swissklip 360 clipper.
Besides for the countless rave reviews they got, the thing I loved most about them was the 360 rotating head, that means you never have to twist your wrist in an uncomfortable way again. The blades are super sharp making it a simple trim, and they look great too!
I read more and discovered that these were the top rated clippers for seniors like Brian and I. Sharp, easy, well-made and brilliantly designed.
I went onto their website and discovered even more good news! Turns out they were running a 50% discount, with a fast shipping sale. And seeing as I now knew how they could help me too, I decided to get a pair for myself as well, and Swissklip were offering a special deal for two of them anyway!
A few days later, the 360’s arrived and I tentatively brought them over to Brian’s. Being him, he was a little unsure at first, but the second he tried them, I watched him change before my very eyes. He so quickly and easily was able to use them and the results exceeded even my expectations.
Brian now regularly uses his 360 clippers and he is so thrilled with how easily he can! His nails look great, and I’m loving mine just as much.
These are high-quality clippers, and people are starting to catch on about them. But here’s the thing: they are imported from Europe in relatively small batches. So stock is limited. If you want to get a pair, you should act now because they sell out almost as quickly as they become available.

Also, they have a 100% money-back guarantee, so you’re covered
in case you don’t like them (but you totally will)!
