SwissKlip is a new brand provided by the British company Arquett Ltd.

We are a team of professionals from Germany and the UK and our goal is to provide new, modern, innovative, and effective products to tackle day-to-day hassles for customers worldwide.

We are a British company based in London (the same place where the Queen lives). But our products are based in our Chicago warehouse. So when you place your order, your item will be fulfilled from within the USA.

Our product is designed in Germany and made in China. Our experts are visiting the local factory regularly to oversee the manufacturing process. This ensures that we are consistently producing the highest quality products for our customers.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Ordering through the SwissKlip website – https://swissklip.com/ is simple and safe. 

Just click on the “Buy now” button, which leads you to our Check-out page, here please select the order quantity on the left, enter your billing and shipping information on the right and then move on to the payment method. You can select to pay with a credit card or via Paypal. 

Click “Place Order” and we will package your clipper and send it straight to your doorstep!

You will also receive an order confirmation via email once the payment was successfully processed.

Please keep in mind that you can currently only order products online for delivery within the USA.

No, the item is reserved for you once the ordering process has been completed.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express.

Charges on your bank statement appear as Swissklip – Arquett LTD.

SwissKlip is still a young brand and we, therefore, cannot offer free shipping for any order value.

Yes! We currently offer a special introductory 50% OFF discount. We also offer discounts if you purchase more than 1 clipper in the same order. 

Our clippers are currently offered in Single packs, Couple packs, Trio packs, and Family packs

Our team is amazingly fast in processing the orders that are coming in, but we know mistakes can happen while ordering, we have a 6 hours time window in which you can change or cancel your order.

You do not need to register before placing an order, simply follow the steps in the order process.

Please double check your spam folder for an email confirmation. Emails can land in the spam folder and we advise you to accept us as an approved contact.

If you use multiple email addresses, please check your other accounts as orders might have been placed with an alternative address.

DELIVERY

Our products are sent out within 24 – 48 hours of purchase from within the USA. 

Once your order was processed successfully you will receive an order confirmation. From there onwards you can expect your product to arrive within 3-4 working days.  Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. 

Since delays can always happen please allow up to 2 weeks though!

We are partnering with the third party logistic companies DHL or FedEx. 

We will always choose the logistic partner that can bring your package to you in the fastest way.

Our products are based in the USA so great news, no taxes, no duty fees. Yay!

Yes, you have the possibility of entering a different shipping address during the order process.

SwissKlip ships to all 50 US states, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

SwissKlip does not ship outside the USA at this time. We are working hard to expand our shipping to many more countries outside the USA. 

Please contact us in case you are interested to order from a country outside the USA and we are happy to provide solutions on an exceptional basis.

For orders within the USA, we currently charge a shipping fee of $9,95 

For orders outside the USA, please contact our customer service team since shipping charges vary per country and we would get the best deal for you at the time of ordering.

There are two ways to track your order:

  1. Check the status of your order with the provided tracking number
  2. Contact your local post office or postman with the tracking number

SwissKlip cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. 

If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.

Each clipper is wrapped in a protective bubble wrap and in its own black pouch, this also applies for orders of a value pack of 2, 3, or 4 clippers.

We are very sorry but at the moment we do not offer this option, nor do we offer gift cards. We are working hard to enable both in the near future.

RETURNS

Should an item not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days. 

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, this means if you are not satisfied with our product and contact us within 14 days after receipt of the order, we will refund the amount of the product excluding shipping fees.

We constantly work on finding the best solution when it comes to returns. So far we cannot offer free returns. If the return is valid however we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost. 

​Please note that when sending a return, you should choose for standard delivery. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain the proof of postage and please send us a copy in case your return was approved.

If your order is defective or in any way damaged please photograph the item and send us the photo in an email to our customer service team at [email protected]

We will determine the best course of action once we review the photos and will come back to you within 48 hours.

so that we can correct the fulfillment error. Please photograph the item you received and send us the photo with your email message. 

If not stated otherwise on the order confirmation or in a separate email, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]

If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. 

Please create a new order using the correct billing address.

You will be refunded the value of the returned item excluding the shipping fee to return the item. The refund will be issued using the payment method you selected for the order. For instance, if you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card, if you used PayPal, your refund will appear on your PayPal account.

Please allow 7- 14 days from the day we received your return back at our warehouse for your account to be credited. Different banks work with different timelines, therefore please allow up to 30 days before contacting us.

We are sometimes super busy helping other customers so do allow for 24hrs during business days for us to respond, having said that we are usually much faster.
