We are a team of professionals from Germany and the UK and our goal is to provide new, modern, innovative, and effective hand and nail products to tackle day-to-day hassles for customers worldwide.

We are a British company based in London (the same place where the Queen lives).

Our products are based in our Wisconsin warehouse. So when you place your order, your item will be fulfilled from within the USA.

Our product is designed in Germany and made in China. Our experts are visiting the local factory regularly to oversee the manufacturing process.

This ensures that we are consistently producing the highest quality products for our customers.

Ordering and Payment

Ordering through the Swissklip website is simple and safe.
Just follow the steps below.

  • Go to our website (Swissklip.com)
  • From the main menu hover with your mouse over the “Products” menu and select the item you wish to purchase from the drop-down.
  • A page of your preferred product will appear and you have the option to select the quantity of the item by clicking on the minus or plus sign.
  • Once you have placed the right amount of item, click on “Add to Cart”.
  • To review your order, click on the bag icon at the upper right portion of the website. Your cart page will pop up on the right side of your screen to validate and confirm your purchase.Once settled, click on “checkout”.
  • Then, you will be asked to enter your personal information and shipping details.
  • Select your preferred payment method and place your order. It will open the confirmation page where you will see your order details
  • You will be emailed a confirmation letter once the payment has been processed. Please note that this may sometimes go into your Spam folder, so please check that as well.

No. At this time Swissklip does not accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders.

Delivery

Our normal estimated shipping time-frame is 3-5 business days.
Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We are partnering with third-party logistic companies like DHL, FedEx. USPS and UPS.
We will always choose the best logistic partner that can bring your package the fastest way possible.

Our products are based in the USA so great news, no taxes, no duty fees. Yay!

Yes, you have the possibility of entering a different shipping address during the checkout process.

SwissKlip ships to all 50 US states. At this time, we are unable to ship to US territories like American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Swissklip does not ship outside the USA at this time. We are working hard to expand our shipping to many more countries outside the USA.

We currently charge a shipping fee of $9.95 for orders under $40.

There are two ways to track your order:

  1. Check the status of your order using the tracking number sent to your email or you can locate it under Orders tab on your Swissklip account. Just click “View” to see the order details and at the bottom of it, you will see the tracking information.
  2. Contact your local post office or postman with the tracking number.

If the two above ways have not resolved your query; kindly contact our support team at [email protected] and we will assist you.

We know how inconvenient this can be so we would like to provide you with some practical ways on how to resolve this kind of issue.

  1. Check thoroughly around the delivery location.
  2. Check if someone else (family members or neighbor) accepted the delivery.
  3. Coordinate with the post office to understand why it was marked as “delivered”.

When ordering as a gift for someone, on the checkout for billing put your information.
Then check the “Ship to a different address?” checkbox and add the recipient’s information.

Note at this time we can’t add gift messages to the orders or mark the package as gift.

With the COVID-19 situation, it’s possible your package may take longer than usual to arrive or not update on tracking. Please coordinate with us if you noticed something unusual on the tracking details.

Returns

Should an item not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days. 

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, this means if you are not satisfied with our product and contact us within 14 days after receipt of the order, we will refund the amount of the product excluding shipping fees.

We constantly work on finding the best solution when it comes to returns. At this time, we cannot offer free returns so you will have to shoulder the cost for it. ​

Please note that when sending a return, the product should be in good condition, sealed, and unused. You should choose for standard delivery and the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain the proof of postage and please send us a copy in case your return was approved.

You will be refunded the value of the returned item excluding the shipping fee. The refund will be issued using the payment method you selected for the order. For instance, if you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card, if you used PayPal, your refund will appear on your PayPal account.

Please allow 7- 14 days from the day we received your return back at our warehouse for your account to be credited. Different banks work with different timelines, therefore please allow up to 30 days before contacting us.

After you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email with your log in credentials. If you wish to change your password, please see the instructions below.

Changing your address whether its your billing or shipping is very easy.
All you need to do is to follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and click on the “Addresses” tab
  2. Click “edit” on the address (billing or shipping) you wish to change
  3. It will provide you with a new page so you can enter the updated billing or shipping address
  4. Once done, click on “Save Address”.

If you wish to change your password, just follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and click on “Account Details” tab
  2. On the Password change field, you will be asked to enter your current password and the new password you wish to have
  3. Once done, hit “Save Changes”

If you have mistakenly spelled your name wrong or you wish to change your display name, you may change it by following the simple steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and click on “Account Details” tab.
  2. On the first name, last name or display name field, just removed the existing details and change it to the correct one or the one you wish to have.
  3. Once done, hit “Save Changes”.

If you have successfully completed your purchase and set up an account, you will receive an email from us about your log in details.

The most common reason why people are not able to log in to their Swissklip account is because of wrong log in credentials or you did not create an account with us. So make sure to complete the registration and enter the correct username and password.

Remember you username was sent to your registered email address.

If you wish to reset your password, you may do so by visiting https://swissklip.com/my-account/ and click on “lost your password” at the bottom of the log in details.

Security

Our website has a validated SSL/TLS (security) certificate. This means we use a special internet connection to carry your data securely. It also means we encrypt your data, so it can’t be intercepted or stolen.

We do not store your credit card information on our website, the payments are processed either by Stripe or PayPal.

Additionally to that we have CloudFlare Security running on our website along with other security measures from our end. 

Covid-19

As per the official statement of World Health Organization (WHO), the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature are also low. While this statement may be true, we also need to consider some other factors like the health of mail carriers and package handlers. Thus, we still encourage our customers to take extra precautions and follow safety protocols when receiving packages to minimize spread of infections.

Together with our trusted partners, we are taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by;

  • Encouraging our employees to follow safe operating practices including frequent sanitization, wearing safety masks, and social distancing
  • Monitoring steps taken by our partners like sanitization of delivery equipment, contact-less delivery without proof of delivery signature, and vaccination drives
  • Encouraging team members to closely monitor their health and seek medical attention if they develop flu-like symptoms
  • Placing a no touch thermal temperature machine at the entrance of the building
  • Using ultraviolet light sanitizing cabinets for wearable iPods (a 15-minute sanitization process between each use)
  • Requiring employees to stand two arms length apart from those around them during team huddles

 

  • Avoid close contact with the delivery person. We encourage a contact-free delivery, meaning the package should be left in a safe space outside your home. As recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), please maintain six feet of distance between yourself and the delivery person.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth while opening the package.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water or alcohol-based sanitizer after handling a package.
  • Disinfect surfaces. For instance, if you open the package on your kitchen counter, disinfect the counter using either a household cleaner or a diluted bleach solution you have at home.

Swissklip is a UK based company. Although we maintain a dollar account and a warehouse in the US, some banks still recognizes us as a foreign merchant.

This fee is imposed by your credit card issuer and usually appears as a separate charge on your statement.
It is typically 1%–3% of the value of transaction. 1% of that fee may go to the payment processor, whether it’s Visa or Mastercard, and the other 2% might go to the bank that issued your credit card.

Returns, exchange and cancellation policy

Our Return Policy lasts 14 days and it takes effect from the time you receive your purchase.

If more than 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS

Assuming you return your purchase within 14 days from receipt, to be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING packed in an appropriate shipping container.
  2. Contact our support team at [email protected] to know the return process.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not return the product to our UK address, all products must be returned to the return facility address confirmed by our customer service agent, otherwise, we may reject your return.

Once you have shipped the package please send us an email to provide us with the tracking number of your return shipment.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

The return will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of the returned item at the returns facility. Once the return has been processed, we will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your return.

Approved returns may be refunded or exchanged.

REFUNDS

Any approved refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order. For orders made by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next bank statement of the card. You can identify the credit under the name Swissklip – Arquett LTD.

We will initiate the credit to your original payment method over the purchase amount of the returned product minus an admin fee of $9,95 within 2-3 business days.

The time of processing the credit may vary depending on the issuing company of the credit card, this time generally takes up to 20 working days.

A refund of orders made by bank transfer will be completed on the original bank account within 48 hours from issuance of credit note and only after receiving the bank details from customers.

The refund is made on the same currency as the original order. A possible difference in the refunded amount may depend on variations of the currency exchange rate and will not be refunded.

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), and you prefer a refund and your request has been approved for being compliant with our Return Policy requirements, you must return such an item to us to the address provided by our Customer Service.

Late or missing refunds

If you have received a refund confirmation from us but have however not received the amount back on your bank account, please contact your credit card company before contacting us.

CANCELLATIONS

If the order was already sent out before you canceled, you must decline the package when the mailman delivers it to you. This ensures that the order will be returned to our warehouse and we can reimburse the payment received from you for that particular return. This includes the costs of the shipping fee charged to deliver the item to you and would be paid back not later than 14 days after receiving the package back in our warehouse.

Products should be returned to us for evaluation with the original purchase receipt, proof of purchase, or Dealer’s invoice record. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or replaced. Damages due to improper care or accident may be repaired at a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. We will inspect the product at no charge to you.
