So far this has been very easy to use. We are excited to see what the long term brings.

So far I wanted to mention that the broad spectrum light that is emitted is super bright even with the dark glasses on. It seems to be better when I hold my hand over the glasses while using the device. I wonder about the effects on the eyes even with the glasses on. And, I haven't used it long enough to know how well it inhibits growth of hair.

I do highly appreciate the excellent customer service follow up with any issues that arises. I may give a 5 star review at a later date.

I'm only giving this 4 stars ONLY because I haven't used it enough or as religiously as i should be. I've had this product for about 2 weeks now and have only been able to use it about 7 times now. I've been trying to follow the easy to follow guide..but I goofed at least the first 4x of using it. The 1st 4x I used it, I was only using a level 4 and only going over the areas 1x. It did seem to work and I do believe I could see some results. It wasn't until I reviewed the instruction booklet again that I realized each area has to be gone over in one session, 2-3x😞 SOOO the last 3 sessions, I have been doing each area 2-3x.

I can honestly say, that as far as my hair growth is concerned, typically when I shave my legs, the hair is already coming back in within 24hrs. However, since I did start using this, it seems like it is far more delayed for hair growth! So I am pleased with the results. My legs definitely feel smoother and appear "hairless". I have not tried it anywhere else on my body yet because I want to wait to see how my legs end up in the 8 week time frame.

Especially effective on face and abdomen, where the hairs are plentiful and dark. Have been using as recommended for about a month. Great reduction in need for shaving. Easy and non-irritating process but a bit time consuming. Still, worth it.

At my age in my 60's this is something new to try and get that hair under control. I have have a dark upper lip for over 50 years. I am
using this to change how I look. So far it makes it easier to get those black hairs to pluck. It is coming back less and less. My husband has noticed the finer hair is also less.
